TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT:
Rhinology World greeters will be available at Baggage Claim from 12:00 noon to 11:00 pm on Wednesday, April 15. They will have information to help you to get to the hotels via cab or train. The greeters will also help coordinate a complimentary bus service that will run to the Sheraton from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm on Wednesday. The Four Seasons and Embassy Suites are a short walk from the Sheraton. Please note there may be some delays with the bus service so you may choose to go via private taxi service. Cost is approximately $35 USD.

REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN:
Meeting registration and check-in will be open at the Sheraton, Liberty Foyer, Ballroom Level, on Wednesday evening, April 15 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM, and again beginning at 7:00 AM on Thursday, April 16.
ALL ATTENDEES PARTICIPATING ON THURSDAY MUST BE REGISTERED BY 12:00 NOON ON THURSDAY.

SPEAKER READY ROOM:
Located in the Franklin Room at the Sheraton, Mezzanine Level, the Speaker Ready Room will be available beginning at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, April 15, and throughout the meeting.

OPTIONAL TOURS:
There are still some seats available for the Historic Philadelphia (Thursday), Pennsylvania Dutch Country (Friday), and Barnes Foundations (Saturday) tours. Please see the representative from Centipede Tours at the registration desk to sign up.
